Entering Credit Card Tips

With Brigade you can enter Credit Card Tips from the iPad or from the Brigade Back Office.

Let's get started!

Navigate your way to the Open Orders Screen to edit Credit Card Tips from the iPad. Click on the upper right hand button to enter your Digital Time Card.

Once you are into your Digital Time Card you will touch the Credit Card Tip button to open the Credit Card Tip Editor.

You will receive an Auth Code with every transaction and this is the best way to know each tip you are entering is correct to the receipt.
The highlighted Orange is the current charge that you are editing. Once you choose the check mark the editor will automatically take you to the next one. If you hit it twice you will skip a receipt and all you have to do is touch the receipt that you want to highlight to move back.

If for any reason you need to edit the credit card tips after the employee has clocked out you can always Edit Credit Card Tips from the back office.
