Difficulty loading the Back Office Sales & Analytics Page

If you're having difficulty loading the Back Office Sales & Analytics Page, it's most likely because you need to update and relaunch your Google Chrome Browser.

(Note: When viewing your back office, it is always recommended you use the Google Chrome browser on a laptop or desktop computer)


How to update your Chrome Browser:


Step 1: At the top right of your browser, click More More

Step 2: Click "Help"





Step 3: Click on "About Google Chrome"

   - Once on this page, Chrome will automatically search for and download the latest version.







Step 4: Wait a couple of minutes for the download to finish, and then click the "Relaunch" button to complete the update.
